  • Controlling, supervising, and monitoring machines is one of your strengths.
  • You independently lead a team during shift operations. Monitoring work processes and reporting to production management are also part of your daily tasks.
  • Adjusting and optimizing programs is a routine task for you.
  • You easily recognize and resolve quality and technical deviations.

What do you bring to the table:

  • If you are skilled in your trade and can perform the tasks mentioned above, then you are the perfect fit for this job
  • You have completed an apprenticeship as a papermaker or paper technologist. Ideally, you also have a master's certificate.
