Job Description:

The Bloomingburg Rod and Gun Club Complex is seeking a responsible and efficient individual to oversee its operations.

This includes managing the club retail store, multiple skeet ranges, trap ranges, sporting clays and ranges, rifle/pistol/running boar range, and paintball fields.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing personnel, finances, marketing, programing classes, range maintenance, and special events.

They will also be responsible for creating and managing budgets, coordinating with senior military and civilian leadership, and ensuring all personnel are properly trained in safety and financial handling.

Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing real property resources and providing expert advice on renovations, improvements, and construction.

They will also establish policies and directives for the efficient operation of the complex and ensure resource protection.

This position will also serve as the Squadron Weapons Safety Officer and will be responsible for maintaining weapons sales records in compliance with Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms laws.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for publicity and marketing efforts, tracking program success, and maintaining the facility using the Civil Engineers work order system.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Shift work may be required to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.
