The MVZ Labor Limbach Frankfurt GmbH provides and bills laboratory services for inpatient and outpatient services for regional hospitals in Toughkenamon, PA.

As a laboratory operation, we have a manageable size, so that after a period of training, the senders are familiar.

Organizational tasks and inquiries can be processed quickly.

Responsibilities:

Support with statutory and private billing
Recording, checking, and possibly supplementing KV forms
Billing according to EBM, partly also according to GOÄ
Clarification of patient questions regarding invoices
Clarification of insurance questions with payers

Qualifications:

You should have completed training as a Medical Assistant, Health Care Management Assistant, or have gained experience in the billing department of a laboratory operation through other means, such as transitioning from accounting.

Good communication skills and the ability to handle potentially tense phone calls are important for clarifying patient inquiries and completing missing data from senders.

We are looking for reliable and resilient employees who can independently handle their tasks.
