Join our team at the DPFA Education Center in Dresden as a Regional Controlling Employee (m/f/d) for the Dresden and surrounding area, starting as soon as possible on a part-time basis.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Reviewing all partial financial plans of the region together with the responsible managers
  • Consolidating all partial financial plans into the overall financial plan of the region in coordination with the school principals
  • Reviewing all monthly reports, budget comparisons together with the responsible managers
  • Creating trend analyses for all areas and for the region
  • Conducting analyses and crosscomparisons between different areas
  • Preparing investment requests for each area in consultation with the responsible managers
  • Reviewing all incoming and outgoing invoices of the region
  • Supporting the responsible managers in applying for and settling projects, ESF, GTA, and afterschool care
