Your new responsibilities:

Lovingly accompanying and promoting children in their development
Orientation towards the pedagogical concept of Emmi Pikler
Collaborative work with parents
Creative planning of the pedagogical daily routine together with the team
Participation in the further development of the facility's concept

Your profile:

Completed training as an educator (m/f/d) or equivalent degree/qualification recognized as a specialist according to the Baden-Württemberg daycare law
