Employee (m/f/d) for Control Center, full-time, shift work


Responsibilities:

• Customer support and forwarding of information to the appropriate departments (not a call center agent position)

Qualifications:

Required skills:

• Good knowledge of German, at least level B
• Proficient in using computers

Personal qualities:

• Serviceoriented and friendly demeanor, even on the phone
• Ability to work independently
• Good concentration skills
• Willingness to work 12hour shifts and on weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• Optional: IHK-Sachkundenachweis according to § 34a GewO or Unterrichtung according to § 34a GewO
• A clean criminal record (not older than 3 months)
