- Deliver exceptional desktop support services to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems for both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Utilize expertise in SCCM and Intune for software deployment, updates, and configuration management.
- Implement and maintain security policies through SCCM and Intune.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory-related issues.
- Leverage Tanium for endpoint security, asset management, and software deployment.
- Conduct regular health checks and implement improvements to Tanium infrastructure.
- Proficient in imaging computers using industry-standard tools.
- Coordinate and execute large-scale deployments of hardware and software.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users on IT best practices and self-help solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Expertise in SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and Tanium.
- Strong understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in imaging computers and managing large-scale deployments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Windows 10, etc.) are a plus.
