    Description


    VIP Support TechnicianCoconut Grove, United States of AmericaProvide day-to-day white glove support to VIPs on all local and remote IT issues.

    Candidate must possess exemplary customer service skillset and be able to respond to customer questions in a polite and precise manner.

    Candidate will be required to multi-task, manage time effectively, and follow through with all assignments. Candidate must also possess strong and demonstrable commitment to personal accountability and responsibility through prior job roles.
    Ability to analyze data/trends and produce and present reports in insightful and meaningful formats is required.


    Responsibilities:
    Support VIP members with all technical issuesManage, maintain & support inventory of Executive devices (Laptops, mobile devices, peripherals)Facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding of Senior Executives and Executive AssistantsSupport meetings, video conference-based events, and Board functionsEnsure proper operation of all on-site meeting room equipmentAnalytics and report processing on Daily/Monthly/Weekly intervalsSupport VIP meetings, events, and Board functionsSupport VIP mobile devices (iOS & Android)Must be able to walk frequently and lift up to 50 lbs


    Years of Experience :
    5-10+ years in IT and supporting technologies Language requirements : English; Spanish fluency is a plus but not required Technical Knowledge required Advanced Windows desktop supportMicrosoft Windows 10Microsoft Office SuiteMicrosoft Exchange & Office365Video Conferencing (Cisco Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

    MDM experience, Intune preferredApple iOS & Android device supportActive Directory & AzureFamiliar with ITIL and ITSM processesFamiliarity supporting Macintosh laptops/desktops a plusPrinter support & troubleshootingFamiliarity with Networking; Cisco certifications or work experience a plus but not requiredProject Management a plusDiversity & EEO Statements:

    Working Conditions:
    Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
