Job Description:
· The Help Desk Technician will be assigned to provide Services to Help Desk at Client with skills and activities that include but are not limited to:
· Install, configure and provide ongoing support for desktop computers, Laptops, iPhone's, iPad's, Printers, peripherals and software.
· Ensure that desktop computer is networked and interconnect with Active Directory, File/Print servers, Internet Access, etc.
· User information Backup and recovery
· Perform ticket documentation using the Platform of Service Now, Follow-Up and closure for all User-Help Desk interactions.
· Diagnostics and support for telephone systems.
· Support MS Office 365, Microsoft Intune in order to manage the Mobile Devices (iPhone and iPads).
· Support and assist remote user's connecting using the new VPN connections.
