Responsibilities:

  • Appointment coordination
  • Written processing from new setup to contract termination
  • Conducting organizational correspondence in administration
  • Written processing from new setup to contract termination
  • Conducting insurancespecific correspondence in the areas of customer care and claims processing
  • Organizing incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and record keeping
  • Managing files and data
  • Maintaining statistics on costs, premiums, and contract portfolio
  • Assisting in the sale of insurance contracts
  • Processing applications and issuing insurance policies
  • Customer consultation and support

Qualifications:

  • Completed training in insurance and finance (m/f/d), or comparable qualification
  • Friendly, wellgroomed appearance and communication skills
  • Selforganization and teamwork
  • High level of commitment, reliability, and flexibility
  • Technical affinity, especially in terms of user programs
  • Customer and service orientation, communication skills (e.g. for offering tailored insurance contracts)
  • Attention to detail, concentration, and confidentiality (e.g. when calculating compensation payments, handling customer data)
  • Business acumen and negotiation skills
