On behalf of our client, an established company in the field of customer support, we are looking for several employees (m/f/d) for the customer service of an electricity comparison portal in Pomona, KS.

From the comfort of their own homes, customers can explore current rates. With the free rate calculator, it is easy to find a suitable offer.


Your responsibilities:

You competently assist your customers by phone and email. You provide them with assistance in changing rates and answer all relevant questions. You also determine termination deadlines (especially for extraordinary terminations).


Our requirements:


  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Completed commercial training is an advantage
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings
