Customer Advisor m/f/d


For our client in Essen, an expanding family-owned company, we are currently seeking a customer advisor for the Essen location for direct placement.


The location in the Essen district is close to Gelsenkirchen, Bochum, Duisburg, Ratingen, Hattingen, Velbert, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Bottrop, and Herne.


Working hours:
Mon-Fri: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm

Your responsibilities as a customer advisor include:

  • Advising and supporting customers in process optimization
  • Conducting training activities
  • Acting as a liaison between different departments
  • Assisting with projects
  • Product development
  • Data maintenance and data entry

Your profile as a customer advisor:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector is desirable
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Engaging and friendly demeanor
  • Solutionoriented approach to work
  • Team player
