How you can contribute:


With a strong service-oriented attitude, high level of responsibility, and good verbal and written communication skills, you should be able to efficiently handle tasks.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Handling written inquiries from customers and brokers
  • Processing various types of contracts
  • Meeting service standards
  • Collaborating with different teams (internal and external)
  • Participating in project groups

What you need to bring:

A completed commercial apprenticeship (insurance clerk or equivalent) is desirable but not necessarily required. It is important that you are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and handling paperless mail.

The work processes are well-organized and you will quickly find your way into the new tasks. However, they are also demanding.
