Investment Goods Purchaser / Capex Buyer (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

You are responsible for purchasing investment goods such as machinery and equipment, storage and conveyor technology, and tools locally for the production sites in Holzminden and Eschwege. You will mainly coordinate with our European production sites.
You independently accompany the purchasing process from tendering, negotiation to the decisionmaking basis for supplier nomination.
You actively participate in the evaluation, optimization, and standardization of the supplier portfolio and are responsible for procurement market research. You also develop a targeted process for future procurement processes in collaboration with the departments.
You prepare procurement negotiations, negotiate the procurement price, and independently and in collaboration with the team finalize the contract with the supplier.
You regularly coordinate with the engineering, automation, and production planning departments.
You are responsible for the ordering process of investment goods and monitor the fulfillment of contracts with suppliers, including deadlines.
In addition, you support other project purchasers in development projects by handling capacity peaks.
