We are currently looking for a dedicated

Team Leader Series Production (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for leading the machine and assembly production BS, DS, LS.
  • In this role, you will strategically and personnel-wise build and further develop the machine and assembly production.
  • You will be the first point of contact (m/f/d) for internal customers.
  • You will also optimize preventive maintenance strategies.
  • In addition, you will develop and improve processes and measures to increase quality.
  • You will be responsible for planning and coordinating relevant capacities, work equipment and tasks, as well as delegating them.
  • You will coordinate assembly work with upstream and downstream departments (e.g. procurement, commissioning, shipping).
  • You will use an ERP system for production control and optimize it together with adjacent departments.
  • You will ensure necessary training and further education.
