Description

Your future role

You will be responsible for the development of electrical/electronic components for power transmission in the automotive industry. Your areas of expertise include:

Electrical and thermal design, calculation/simulation, and construction of:
- Contact and connection elements
- Fuses, fuse and relay boxes
- Connectors (HV/LV)
Verification of simulation results, for example through experiments and tests
Support in the development of circuits and sensors, as well as in the simulation of other tasks (e.g. mechanical)
Supervision of external service providers in the development (calculation/design/simulation) of components
Cost-optimized/manufacturing-oriented design of individual parts and assemblies
Planning, supervision, and support of necessary product release tests, including commissioning, handover, and training of employees
Product improvements resulting from experience gained during product testing
Support of initial sample inspections
Creation of technical documentation, standards, guidelines, and work instructions
Creation of simple 3D and 2D CAD data for simulation models and test
