UNITEL has a film library of over 2500 productions and has released around 850 DVDs and Blu-Rays, distributed nationally and internationally.

We are currently seeking a part-time (30 hours per week) or full-time

Employee (m/f/d) in
License Accounting Management

Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation, creation, and documentation of recurring invoices to artists and licensees
  • Point of contact for artists and licensees regarding license accounting
  • Management of internal approval process for completed invoices on relevant deadlines
  • Conceptual development of existing procedures and tools for accounting management in current systems
  • Management and processing of existing claims against collecting societies
  • Validation of recurring invoices from licensees/distributors for accuracy, completeness, and correctness, including appropriate
