At our central location in Harste, we are offering a traineeship as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) in e-commerce starting on .
What to expect
  • You will learn everything about online business and also get to know the traditional retail sector. This will give you a holistic view of omni-channel customer behavior and prepare you for the future model of commerce.
  • You will be familiarized with all tasks related to e-commerce. These include, among others:
    • Communication with customers, for example via email or telephone
    • Participation in assortment design, procurement of goods, and presentation of offers in the online shop
    • Use of key figure-based instruments for commercial control in e-commerce
    • Preparation and implementation of online marketing measures
    • Application of project-oriented working methods in e-commerce
  • Through a several-week assignment in one of our regional stores, you will also gain an overview of the traditional processes, making you an all-rounder in both traditional and digital topics
  • You will get to know different departments of the company (e.g. purchasing, corporate planning, or accounting)
