Contract Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • As the central point of contact for contract management, you will be responsible for energy and site service contracts in the Knapsack chemical park.
  • With an entrepreneurial focus, you will develop concepts and strategies to optimize existing and new contracts. You will also be responsible for establishing and further developing a KPI system for contract management.
  • You will negotiate or accompany contract negotiations with technical expertise and ensure the timely fulfillment of YNCORIS' contractual obligations towards suppliers and customers.
  • You will analyze deviations and weaknesses in contracts and initiate countermeasures within the framework of risk management.
  • You will be the central interface between departments to ensure operational processes (e.g. implementation of contractual obligations, calculations, customer communication, etc.).
