Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Technical Sales Support - HVAC Division


What to expect in your new job:
Your general knowledge in the HVAC field and your excellent customer service skills are in high demand. Your competence and friendliness on the phone will determine how well our customers feel taken care of. After thorough training on our products and processes, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to maintain and strengthen relationships with your assigned customer base. Your tasks will range from consulting and active sales to creating individual offers and managing orders. You will work closely with our field sales team and receive support from our well-coordinated department teams. We all help each other here


What we expect from you:


After completing a commercial and/or technical education, you have gained several years of experience in sales in the HVAC industry and have acquired comprehensive knowledge.
