We extract, process, and sell industrial minerals at various locations around the world, with a focus on silica, clays, feldspathics, and olivine.

We are also leaders in glass recycling. Our company, which operates over 110 production sites in 31 countries, has a team of over 5,000 employees.

We are currently seeking an Operator for our location in Allison, IA.

Role Purpose:

As an Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our installations are operating according to established procedures and policies.

You will also monitor the installations to ensure that the (semi-)finished products meet the required specifications.

Responsibilities:

Operate and adjust the installations according to established procedures and policies, including handling pumps, opening and closing taps, and addressing any alerts.
Conduct multiple quality checks on the products to ensure they meet the process requirements.
Identify any nonconformities during the production process and communicate with other employees to ensure highquality products.
Monitor the production output of the installations.
Assist with auxiliary tasks related to the production process, as directed by procedures and superiors.
Perform minor maintenance tasks and assist maintenance technicians and electricians with larger maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other operators, such as weighbridge and bagging operators, to ensure continuous production.
Record all relevant production data in the required IT system.
