- Lead Conversion: Follow up on generated leads and convert them into successful leases.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with both prospective and current tenants.
- Innovation: Assist with departmental process improvements and advise on areas that do not meet customer expectations.
- Document Management: Prepare and manage leasing agreements, ensuring they meet legal requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Data Analysis departments to improve sales strategies.
- Property Showings: Conduct virtual or in-person property tours as needed.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries and solve problems related to leasing.
- Compliance: Ensure all leasing activities adhere to company policies and local/state/federal laws.
- (A PLUS) Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze the real estate market trends specific to single-family homes.
- Language: Understands both Mandarin and English
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years in a leasing sales role, preferably with experience in medium-term, single-family home leases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
