The Leasing Specialist (Sales Specialist) will be a critical part of Month2Month's Tenant Sales department located in Irvine, California, focusing primarily on converting leads into successful leases for our single-family homes.

As we specialize in medium-term, flexible leases, the Sales Specialist should have a deep understanding of this niche market and be skilled in providing a high-quality, personalized service to a diverse clientele, including corporate housing companies and individual tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Follow up on generated leads and convert them into successful leases.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with both prospective and current tenants.
Innovation: Assist with departmental process improvements and advise on areas that do not meet customer expectations.
Document Management: Prepare and manage leasing agreements, ensuring they meet legal requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Data Analysis departments to improve sales strategies.
Property Showings: Conduct virtual or inperson property tours as needed.
Customer Service: Address inquiries and solve problems related to leasing.
Compliance: Ensure all leasing activities adhere to company policies and local/state/federal laws.

Market Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the real estate market trends specific to single-family homes.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
Experience: At least 23 years in a leasing sales role, preferably with experience in mediumterm, singlefamily home leases.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in data analysis and market research.
