  • You will support our customers and understand their needs through direct communication: whether on the phone, in chat, or via email, you will provide excellent service
  • You will acquire new customers and strengthen the relationship with existing ones
  • You will independently create presentations and present them afterwards
  • You will learn how to plan personnel deployment in a way that ensures our customers can reach us quickly at all times
  • 1/3 of your apprenticeship time will be spent at vocational school, where you will learn additional content
