What are the tasks of the position? Developing, implementing and accompanying suitable tools and processes, for example for specialist and managerial career models; potential assessment/promotion; talent management; performance management Designing and developing a company-wide personnel development strategy in coordination with the personnel strategy Designing the structure of a talent pool (talent relationship management system) for capturing internal high potentials Accompanying and advising specialists and managers on goal, solution and development orientation Analyzing and assessing training and development needs What profile are we looking for? Completed studies in the field of human resource management, social sciences or business psychology Sound knowledge of collective bargaining, labor and works constitution law Extensive experience in the tasks of strategic personnel development Experience in creating concepts, applying tools and methods of personnel development as well as project management User knowledge of MS Office products and specialized systems, e.g.
