We are looking for an Experienced Nurse or Mid-Level Provider who is interested in transitioning into an Administrative Position and joining us as the Manager of Clinical Services to assist in further growth across the USA

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Position Summary

  • The Manager of Clinical Services will work in concert with Practice Managers, Providers, Clinical Staff and Administration to develop and implement AENT clinical delivery processes. The Manager of Clinical Services will provide collaboration and mentorship to clinics regarding clinical and quality programs, Allergy, Immunology, and ENT standards, regulatory requirements and safety initiatives supporting the mission, vision, and values of Allergy and ENT Associates.
    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the high quality of care delivered across Allergy and ENT Service lines
  • In coordination with HR and Director of Operations, ensures clinical staffing ratios to properly support providers delivering high quality of care
  • Ensures that clinics are following current regulatory standards and guidelines
  • Determines the clinical policies and procedures to be standardized
  • Oversees infection control program
  • In concert with Practice Managers ensures that Environmental safety regulations and guidelines are in compliance
  • In concert with CBO monitors Providers credentials and malpractice documentation
  • Direct oversight of QA/PI Program
  • Ensures collaborative efficiency in the clinical delivery of care
  • Ensures Practice Managers collect occurrence data and, as applicable, development of action plans required
  • Provides notification to appropriate licensing bodies of changes in service
  • Investigates and resolves staff and patient complaints

Qualifications

  • Texas Licensed Registered Nurse
  • Experience in Healthcare operations with Financial, QA/PI, Risk Management, Infection Control, Supply Chain
  • Experience with ENT and/or Allergy a plus
  • Experience with OR/ASC a plus
  • Knowledge of standards for sterile field and instrument processing
  • Ability to travel to clinics
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations and education to groups
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Physical Activity Level: Mix Between sedentary physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature and visiting construction or moving sites and occasionally providing physical help as needed.

Physical Demands: Position is in a fast-paced medical office environment; good eyesight and hearing, manual dexterity, and a full range of body motion required; must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time; may require occasional lifting of 25 pounds or more.
