Position Summary
Assess market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends. Use business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers. Identify markets for future product development and methods to improve sales of existing products by analyzing technology trends. Evaluate current and historical financial data.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex healthcare data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights driving business decisions and enhancing patient care.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools using Excel, Power BI, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and departments to understand objectives, provide data analyses supporting strategic initiatives, and offer operational enhancement recommendations.
  • Translate intricate data findings into engaging narratives aligning with organizational goals.
  • Implement quality control measures ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Connect to and integrate data from various sources into Power BI.
  • Perform data cleansing, transformations, and optimize data models.
  • Design dynamic and interactive dashboards facilitating key decisionmaking processes.
  • Publish reports, ensure controlled access, and maintain security measures in Power BI service.
  • Schedule and manage daily job refreshes using enterprise gateways.
  • Develop Calculated Columns, measures, Power Apps, and Power Automate flows to support business needs.
  • Provide consultation as a Power Platform SME and drive platform usage initiatives across the enterprise

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, preferably in clinical or medical settings.

Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and automation processes.

Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Detail-oriented with knowledge of healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Advanced experience with big data sets and SQL analytics within large organizations.

Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.

Passion for contributing to consumer experience improvement initiatives.
