Your tasks:


  • Management of the department "General Building Law Affairs" with currently 7 employees
  • Responsible planning and coordination of the department's tasks
  • Development of organizational concepts to simplify, accelerate and make processes futureproof, as well as to digitize the department's tasks
  • Participation in working groups and meetings, as well as preparation of professional opinions
  • Handling of administrative court proceedings in cooperation with the Legal Department
  • Processing of complex specialist procedures, in particular the preparation of decision proposals for political committees, and providing professional advice to the department management.

Your profile:


  • Qualification for career group 2, 1st entry level of the general administrative service or administrative specialist, graduate in law, graduate in legal studies, notary specialist or lawyer specialist with administrative experience and experience in building law topics
