Join our team at Software Innovation and Development Berlin, a digital unit within Volkswagen Group IT. Our mission is to support the NEW AUTO strategy of our company with innovative software solutions.

Our product development focuses on digitally supporting Volkswagen's core processes such as production planning, supply chain management, and sales management.

We are looking for passionate and empathetic digital talents like you to join our dynamic team of over 80 people from all over the world.

Our office is located in the vibrant Friedrichshain district of Berlin, right on the Spree river, and is a great place for collaboration, exchange, and innovation.

As a Product Designer, you will work together with software engineers and product managers in multidisciplinary and agile product teams, overseeing the entire lifecycle of digital products.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating actionable concepts
You will design, iterate, and oversee products by turning complex problems into inspiring experiences and creating value for the user.

Productive teamwork

You enjoy collaboration, embrace a feedback culture, and work in multidisciplinary product teams.
Visual design and prototyping
You create outstanding visual designs and prototypes across various platforms and know how to conduct user research and derive important insights from it.
