Your responsibilities:


  • Deployment planning and disposition, as well as management of employees in customer assignments
  • Support of existing customers and acquisition of new customers in the healthcare sector
  • Conducting employee discussions and ensuring employee motivation through proactive leadership
  • Close cooperation with the recruiting department

What we expect from you:


  • Ideally, you have experience in personnel services and/or in the healthcare sector as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d), or in other areas of healthcare.
  • You are good at approaching people and are a communicative and openminded person
