Mini-Lernkreis Nachhilfe is seeking on-site tutors (m/f/d) in Johnson City, TX for all school subjects, types of schools, and grade levels.

This is a suitable part-time job for academics, trainees, teachers, educators, doctoral students, and applicants with special qualifications (e.g. social workers, educators, accountants, interpreters, translators, foreign language assistants, journalists). It is also suitable for retirees and pensioners as a retirement job.

As a student job for students of education, pedagogy, and related fields.


You will provide afternoon or early evening tutoring to children and teenagers in small, subject-specific study groups of 2 to 4 students in our classrooms or through individual lessons at the student's home.


Requirements:

  • Strong academic qualifications in at least one school subject
  • Excellent knowledge of German (spoken and written)
  • Pedagogical competence, teaching skills
  • Ability to motivate and empathize
  • Enjoy working with children and teenagers
