Your responsibilities:


  • You will use your recruiting experience to attract the best candidates for the entire EB-GRUPPE (including active sourcing), explore new avenues, and continuously increase the number of applicants.
  • You will be responsible for the recruiting strategy, evaluate current trends, tools, and methods together with the team, and identify suitable recruiting channels for the respective target group.
  • You will conduct interviews in close collaboration with the management and shape the company's image
