SterniPark offers minors a home in youth welfare facilities. The goal is to pave the way for young people to live independently. We are looking for reinforcements for our team at our youth welfare facility in Satrup. Enrich our facility with your experiences, skills, and ideas. We look forward to hearing from you.

SterniPark is currently seeking a night watch (medical or pedagogical training) (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time in Satrup.

Your tasks:

  • You accompany the residents with commitment, creativity, and empathy
  • You promote individual skills and self-esteem of children and adolescents
  • You support the residents with their concerns and accompany them towards independence
  • You are a reliable and respectful partner for the residents and colleagues
  • You assist with administrative processes

Your qualifications:

  • Completed medical or pedagogical training or comparable qualifications
  • You have previous experience in the field of youth welfare or mother/father-child facilities - but beginners are also welcome
  • You can keep an overview even in difficult situations
