RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acquiring new customers nationwide and worldwide
  • Independent management of existing customers and development of potential customers
  • Negotiating contract terms and calculating orders
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and freelancers
  • Motivating and leading external employees
  • Compliance with legal framework and XXL | MONTAGESERVICE GmbH & Co. KG quality standards
  • Contributing to the continuous optimization of internal processes

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a commercial education or a university degree
  • You have experience as a sales or personnel dispatcher
  • You have strong persuasive skills and communication abilities
  • You possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset and have a sense for the market
  • You have the ability to develop longterm customer relationships
  • You are structured, successoriented, and able to work independently
