Job Description:
- Caring, educating and nurturing our children in the nursery and/or kindergarten age group
- Providing nursing and household care
- Participating in internal team meetings and decisionmaking processes
- Supporting students and interns
- Organizational tasks (keeping group records and attendance lists, planning daily routines, etc.)
- Collaborating with parents (observation documentation and parent meetings)
- Implementing the quality management system
Requirements:
- Staterecognized degree (according to 7 KiTaG)
- Empathy and sensitivity
- Creativity, organizational skills and structured work approach
- High level of commitment, patience and resilience
- Fluent German language skills and knowledge of MS Office
