As the Head of Sales for Cosmetic Ingredients at Mount Taylor, you will play a crucial role in our Leadership Team and report directly to the CEO.

As one of our early employees, you will have a significant impact on shaping the company through your experience and dedication.


Your responsibilities will include managing global sales activities for our vegan collagen active, developing and implementing strategies to achieve company goals, and building strong, long-term relationships with our personal care customers.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Creating and executing sales plans to meet company goals worldwide
  • Forecasting and managing performance for your team
  • Recruiting and training a highperforming sales team
  • Assisting with the launch of new products in the cosmetics ingredient market
  • Managing key accounts and maintaining existing relationships while identifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • Monitoring and evaluating sales volume, identifying areas for growth, and staying informed about competitor activities and products
  • Meeting budget targets for topline growth and bottomline contribution
  • Representing the company
