Your responsibilities

  • You support us in daily business (creditor and debtor management)
  • You have control (substantive and numerical) over incoming invoices via the ERP system
  • You keep track of bookings, incoming invoices, clarification of open item accounts, and request for documents
  • You monitor payment advice and the processing of payment files (debtor management)
  • You oversee intrastate declarations and statistics
  • You support us in monthly and annual closing activities

Your profile

  • You have completed your business studies with a focus on controlling/finance or have a comparable qualification
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, ideally in ecommerce
  • You have excellent numerical understanding and strong analytical skills
  • You have a structured, solutionoriented, and deadlineconscious working style
  • You are proficient in using MS Office applications, especially Excel, and ideally have experience with reporting/BI tools (e.g. Tableau)
