Is construction your passion? We are currently seeking an experienced project manager (m/f/d) in the construction industry for a direct and permanent position in Healy Lake, AK.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing all commercial tasks
  • Processing subcontractor and supplier invoices
  • Identifying and analyzing cost and revenue deviations
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable
  • Experience in cost accounting, controlling, and joint venture management is desirable

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk or a comparable education or degree in business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in the commercial department of a construction company
  • Good knowledge of constructionspecific and comprehensive IT systems
  • Structured work approach and strong communication skills
  • Assertiveness, teamwork, commitment, and a good understanding of numbers
