For our branch in Frankfurt, we are looking for a dedicated and qualified Construction Manager (m/f/d) with a specialization in Industry | Pharma.

Your tasks will include:

Planning, organizing, and monitoring construction projects in the industrial sector from conception to completion
Effective collaboration with internal teams such as architects, engineers, and external contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
Responsibility for cost control and adherence to budget throughout the construction process
Ensuring compliance with timelines and deadlines for construction projects
Monitoring construction quality and compliance with applicable building regulations and standards
Regular reporting to management on the progress of construction projects and communication with all involved parties to ensure effective information transfer

Your qualifications:

Completed degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a similar field. Additional certifications such as construction project management are advantageous
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction or construction project management industry, ideally in an industrial setting
