Join our IT team in Essen and Ratingen as an ERP Administrator (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:

  • Administration of the entire ERP system landscape
  • Ensuring system operation and independent problem solving
  • Coordination of internal and external service providers
  • Collaboration in the IT service desk for 2nd level support
  • Participation in projects in the ERP environment
  • Support and training of users

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed IT training with business knowledge or a degree in IT/Business Administration
  • At least one year of proven professional experience in supporting ERP systems (preferably SAGE 100 and MS Dynamics Business Central)
  • Strong analytical and creative problemsolving skills
  • Service and solutionoriented work style
  • A high level of personal responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
