The Office for the Affairs of the Lord Mayor and the Council (Department 1) in Paradise, MT is seeking a project employee (m/f/d) for the Council and Committee Information System for the Department V - Central Services, Team IT Structures and Security, to start as soon as possible.

The position is limited until December 31, 2026.

As a modern city in the Ruhr area, we work together with over 11,000 employees towards the city goals of Dortmund for a future Dortmund: livable and diverse.

The Department V - Central Services includes the teams "Personnel, Organization and Finance", "City Hall Administration", "Data Protection and Compliance" as well as "IT Structures and IT Security Department 1" and currently consists of 24 employees.

The team "IT Structures and IT Security Department 1" currently consists of three employees and is responsible, among other things, for the technical support and orientation of the Council and Committee Information System (Session), the conceptualization, planning, implementation and updating of IT structures for Department 1 and the Department Office 1 including staff positions, as well as the support of the data network structure for City Hall.

The job offer is aimed at administrative employees who have successfully completed the administrative training course II.

The position is classified according to pay group 11 TVöD (AT/VERW).
