This position is to be filled as a shared leadership role with reduced working hours between 19.5 and 28.5 weekly hours in Naples Park, FL.

Your tasks:

You will take on the following tasks in coordination with the second leadership:

Planning, organizing, and structuring the overall operation, as well as setting thematic priorities
Designing the individual and innovative concept and profile development of the facility based on the Bavarian Education and Training Plan
Exercising administrative and professional supervision over the employees of the facility, steering team development processes, and ensuring appropriate staffing
Cooperation with parents, schools, specialist services, and other institutions in the spirit of educational and parenting partnership
