Are you curious about a new and unusual work field? Do you fit into a cheerful residential group of eight adult residents with severe disabilities and share the team's commitment to good and holistic care? With your openness, you will be able to use your expertise to create a cozy home for the residents, even without prior experience.

You will have the opportunity to care for only four residents per shift.

The St. Elisabeth-Haus Lichtenrade is located near the Lichtenrade S-Bahn station with additional good bus connections. We have maintained a very good relationship with our neighboring Salvator community since the beginning.

Our large park-like garden allows for lively outdoor activities during our festivals, but also invites for quiet walks with the residents.

In the six residential groups, we work with health and nursing professionals, geriatric nurses, and special education nurses, who are looking forward to your motivated support.

Your tasks

Performing daily basic and treatment care
Application of the SIS
Nursing assessment of risks and decisionmaking about further steps
Accompanying doctor's visits and appointments, including pre and postpreparation
Handling of PEG tubes, bladder catheters, and tracheostomy tubes after instruction/training
Offering an individual daily structure for the residents
Creating a pleasant living environment for the residents
Care tasks for assigned residents
