What you bring
Completed commercial training or university degree

- (First) experience in credit assessment/processing in the banking sector

Strong analytical skills and structured working style with a solutionoriented approach
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor with our customers (m/f/d)
Ability to work independently, reliably, and organized, but also enjoy working in a team
Fluent in German, both written and spoken

Your responsibilities

As part of the team, you are jointly responsible for credit decisions
You independently conduct creditworthiness assessments as part of the credit application process
You validate customer data based on information from external credit agencies
You make credit decisions using existing scoring procedures
You handle general correspondence with customers regarding their credit inquiries and request documents if necessary
You actively contribute to automating the credit process
