We are looking for you immediately in full-time (40 hours/week) as a Sales Support Specialist, Home-Office/Hybrid (m/f/d) | Hamburg

Responsibilities:

  • You will support our Retail Sales Manager in all operational, organizational, and administrative tasks of daily business
  • You will have written and telephone contact with our jewelers, distributors, and sales representatives
  • You will enter and process orders in the system
  • You will maintain our customer and product master data in our CRM system
  • You will handle returns and complaints from our trade partners in our system
  • You will create reports and continuously optimize processes
  • You will organize trade show appearances

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in commercial sales support
  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable education
  • Friendly, professional, and solutionoriented demeanor
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills and preferably English skills
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Don't worry: we will teach you everything you need to know about our watches.
