What to expect from us

As a sparring partner for the HR management, you will advise the specialist and managerial staff as well as operational HR administrators on personnelrelated and labor law issues.
Together with the HR team, you will develop suitable measures for futureoriented personnel work.
You will initiate, accompany and actively implement process improvements in the HR department.
You will work on special projects, such as operational processes with a focus on digitization and innovation.
You will develop and support internal personnel development processes.
You will be responsible for the management of our master vendor contract partner, as well as other HR service providers and recruitment agencies.

What you bring

A degree in business administration, HR or law.
Independent, reliable and structured way of working.
Several years of relevant work experience with solid knowledge of HR processes.
Sound knowledge of labor and collective law to provide expert advice to managers.
Occasional willingness to travel throughout Germany to actively support all company locations.
Strong communication skills in challenging situations: conflict management, reporting to management, advising managers, and supporting employees.
