We are seeking skilled customer support colleagues (M/F/d) to join our customer service team at a leading hotel booking platform in Concord, AL.

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.


Your responsibilities in this customer service position:

  • Assisting customers with booking accommodations
  • Guiding customers through the website
  • Communicating with hotels (e.g. in case of delayed arrival)
  • Managing feedback and guest comments
  • Identifying suitable hotels for customers
  • Ensuring and continuously improving the high quality and service standards of our company

Your qualifications for this customer support role:

  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, or Danish
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth
