YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducting all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit in accordance with labor laws and MEININGER policies.
Maintaining personnel files and managing incoming mail.
Ensuring data accuracy for all data processing generated by the function, including error correction and timely updates to lists.
Maintaining the HRIS and relevant employee data for assigned business areas.
Collaborating with the outsourced payroll service provider, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and maintaining relationships.
Working with the HR Regional Manager to identify trends and proactively address issues such as high turnover, absenteeism, and costsaving opportunities for MEININGER.
Assisting the HR Regional Manager in creating HR data and management information on a weekly and monthly basis.
Supporting the company in regularly creating personnel data and management information.
