You play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their shipments on time. The diverse and international tasks of the "
Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)" include independently handling, monitoring and optimizing international transport processes. You keep track of the shipments and ensure smooth and timely transport.


How you can contribute:


What you bring to the table:

  • Handling, monitoring and optimizing international transport processes
  • Creating quotes, negotiating prices and invoicing
  • Processing customer inquiries
  • Fleet management
  • Administrative and systembased tasks (e.g. creating transport documents, assisting with customs issues)
  • Completed apprenticeship as a freight forwarder or commercial training (HAK or similar)
  • First professional experience in a freight forwarding or commercial role with customer contact
  • Very good German and English skills for daily communication with global partners
  • Communication skills and friendliness in dealing with customers
