Your responsibilities include managing and coordinating internal and external development projects in the field of product and material development.

This includes continuously working on and coordinating new process and product developments until successful scale-up of new developments. You will also support production in development-related topics such as materials, process technology, quality control testing, and error analysis. Additionally, you will create and implement test plans and analyze their results.

Your role also involves continuously improving work processes and documenting them with a focus on process safety, efficiency, and occupational safety.

You will also assist with investment projects for technological advancement, particularly in the qualification of manufacturing and measurement equipment. Your profile should include a completed engineering degree (Diplom-Ingenieur or Master of Engineering) in the field of materials science.
